MAP 1

This is a population map showing the proportion of the residents of North Vancouver. It depicts the City's population by dissemination area (DA). In other words, darker shades of blue represent higher population counts within that DA.

Also featured on this map are the City of North Vancouver's neighbourhood boundaries and its parks and trails.

MAP 2

On the left we have an amenities map depicting the currently-established features available within the City's parks that would attract residents and their families.

These amenities include walkable trails, picnic areas for , sport areas such as basketball courts and volleyball nets, playgrounds, and washroom facilities.

MAP 3

Lastly, this proximity map shows the distance (in metres) between residential areas to the entrances of parks within the City.

We also symbolized the colours of each park depending on the size of its area (measured in metres squared).
